BUILD FULFILLING RELATIONSHIPS YOU’RE SATISFIED WITH
-
This type of therapy focuses on you as an individual, making your needs, goals and experience the primary focus. My focus will be on helping you feel empowered and in control. In contrast, family therapy focuses on the family unit as a whole to help members resolve problems together.
-
Our work will be focused solely on you; learning to use strategies that improve your emotional wellbeing and provide you the relief you’re looking for. Occasionally some clients invite certain family members for limited sessions to target a specific issue, but that is done on a case by case basis and in collaboration with you.
-
While you may not see changes in other family members, the goal is to help you manage conflict effectively, reduce tension and its impact on your life and set healthy boundaries for yourself. Many clients walk away with a greater sense of confidence, empowerment and peace in their lives.
