ABOUT

Nardine Azab, Therapist

My clinical background includes working with individual adults, adolescents, children and families at various counseling centers and agencies across Contra Costa County. I completed my initial training at Martinez Unified school district in a school setting, working with at-risk youths, as well as Contra Costa County’s Adult Mental Health Services, where I provided crisis intervention, psychiatric assessments and treatment to patients with chronic mental illnesses. I have also worked at a number of community clinics along with a team of therapists, psychiatrists and nurses to provide counseling to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and with various presenting problems.

In addition to private practice, I currently work at Kaiser’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program where I have extensive experience working with acute teens and their families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm and suicidality.
