I am passionate about helping women who feel burdened by anxiety, unresolved trauma and difficult family relationships, move forward with renewed strength and clarity.
Over the last two decades, I have supported many women in finding relief through therapy, using various approaches that blend short term, solution-focused tools with deeper work that gets to the root of the issues.
